In This Role, You Will
Deliver spa treatments to the highest standard, every timeProvide a warm, professional, and personalised service to every guestMaintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentationMonitor and manage treatment room cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needsContribute to spa opening and closing proceduresDrive retail sales and treatment upgrades through genuine recommendationsRepresent the hotel and spa with pride and professionalism
You'll bring a "can-do" attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and guest care.
About You
Diploma-qualified in spa therapy (or equivalent)Strong commitment to quality treatments and serviceSkilled and confident in retail product salesImmaculate grooming and presentationCalm and organised, even in busy periodsExceptional customer service and communication skillsPositive, optimistic, and proactive attitudePassion for continuous improvement and learningAbility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
