Alamanda Palm Cove Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Spa Therapist to deliver outstanding treatments and create memorable moments for our guests.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded spa in a spectacular beachfront location.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver spa treatments to the highest standard, every time
* Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service to every guest
* Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation
* Monitor and manage treatment room cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needs
* Contribute to spa opening and closing procedures
* Drive retail sales and treatment upgrades through genuine recommendations
* Represent the hotel and spa with pride and professionalism
You'll bring a "can-do" attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and guest care.
About You
* Diploma-qualified in spa therapy (or equivalent)
* Strong commitment to quality treatments and service
* Skilled and confident in retail product sales
* Immaculate grooming and presentation
* Calm and organised, even in busy periods
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Positive, optimistic, and proactive attitude
* Passion for continuous improvement and learning
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
