Salary Range: $153,472 - $172,733 per annum (pending experience) + Super + Allowances
Role summary: Lead the Education Systems Support Team in the evolution of educational data and systems across our Diocese. The Educational Data & Innovation Technologies Team Leader plays a key role in advancing the use of educational systems, data and digital innovation across Townsville Catholic Education. This role focuses on making data and systems practical, accessible and embedded in everyday school life, working with Principals and leadership teams to move beyond compliance to informed decision making that supports student learning.
Responsibilities (highlights): Lead the Education Systems Support team, drive service delivery, build team capability, and provide high-level support to schools. Oversee implementation and ongoing use of key platforms and data systems (including oversight of data systems such as the TCE Data Hub dashboards). Collaborate across the organisation to ensure data and systems support Teaching and Learning outcomes.
About you
* You're a current or former school leader (middle or senior leadership) who has demonstrated experience successfully leading teams
* You understand how student data, systems and digital tools actually work in a school setting — and how to use them to support better teaching and learning outcomes
* You're capable of building strong, credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and bring a practical, grounded approach that others trust
* You hold a Bachelor of Education and are registered (or eligible) with the Queensland College of Teachers
