About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician specialising in Fire Protection or Electrical Building Services to join our dynamic team in Perth.
This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality digital engineering outputs across a range of building services projects.
Due to the nature of the projects, we are only able to consider Australian citizens for these roles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) in line with project requirements and industry standards (ISO*****).
Collaborate with engineers and project leaders to ensure accurate coordination of fire or electrical systems within multidisciplinary models.
Set up and maintain Revit models for effective design communication and documentation.
Support BIM management plans and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and content.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ obligations and company BIM standards.
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools for building services.
Strong understanding of fire protection systems or electrical services design principles.
Experience in coordinating models for complex projects within commercial, residential, or institutional sectors.
Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
