The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer-centric roles within agriculture or related fields. They should be able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. A strong understanding of sales principles, business development processes, and relationship-building techniques is essential for this role.
Agricultural knowledge including crop management practices would also be beneficial.
Familiarity with new technologies such as precision farming methods is highly desirable but not required.
