**About the role**:
- To be the primary interface between the Helpdesk and our Clients to ensure support cases are logged, assigned, and tracked.
- To provide administrative support to Systems Engineering team.
- To provide administrative support to assist your team with monthly reporting obligations.
- Grow as a person and take advantage of the opportunities to train, learn and advance.
**About you**:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be organised and able to meet deadlines
- Have ability to work unsupervised.
