My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager within a very exciting industry to partner with the Financial Controller in driving financial performance, reporting and business analysis across Sales and Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a small finance team while providing strategic insights that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of three finance professionals ensuring clear objectives, KPIs and engagement.
* Own the financial analysis for the division, focusing on costing and sales performance.
* Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, delivering timely and accurate financial statements and actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Develop and enhance financial processes and policies to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Manager, leading finance teams with a focus on costing, influencing, analysis and business partnering.
* 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
* Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial systems and tools.
* CPA or CA preferred.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end processes.
