Infrastructure Engineer Job Description
This is a high-level role that involves the design, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Infrastructure Solutions
* Manage and Optimize VMware Environments
* Implement and Maintain Citrix Environments
* Provide Support for Day-to-Day Operations
* Work with Cross-Functional Teams to Deliver Infrastructure Solutions
* Continuously Assess System Performance and Recommend Improvements
* Maintain Security Best Practices Across All Systems and Platforms
* Assist in Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
* Proven Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with Expertise in Microsoft Technologies
* Solid Understanding of VMware vSphere and Other VMware Products
* Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
* Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
* Familiarity with Networking Concepts and Protocols
* Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is a Plus
* Excellent Communication Skills
