* The successful candidate will work closely with clients, following their personalized support plans and reporting any changes observed.
Clients may require assistance with personal care, general house cleaning, shopping, respite care, and social support. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
To excel in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
