We are a boutique construction company specialising in insurance repairs, commercial repairs, and private renovations across projects of all sizes.
While our business services areas from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, this role is focused on Sunshine Coast projects.

About the Role
This role offers a genuine opportunity to step into job ownership, leadership, and long-term career progression without the physical toll of full-time site work. You'll be trusted with responsibility, supported by an experienced team, and given the opportunity to grow into a key role within the business.
This role is ideally suited to a qualified carpenter/builder or a project manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
This is not simply a coordinator role. As you grow, you will be trusted to run jobs end-to-end, manage trades, control budgets, and be accountable for outcomes. If you want ownership, responsibility, and a pathway into senior project management, this role is built for that.
The position is based out of our Maroochydore office and involves managing Sunshine Coast based projects. The ability to occasionally jump back on the tools or measure up jobs will be viewed as a strong advantage.
You will initially work closely with the Owner and Operations Manager, with the clear expectation that you will progressively take full ownership of your own projects.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who understands construction from site level and is ready to take on more responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Calling clients and booking site visit appointments
* Coordinating access between homeowners and trades
* Setting up job instructions for employees and work orders for subcontractors
* Sourcing, ordering, and organising building materials
* Booking material deliveries and collections
* Managing project variations and scope changes
* Compiling job budgets and tracking costs
* Drafting quote requests to subcontractors
As the role progresses, you will move into:
* Running projects independently
* Managing trade sequencing and timelines
* Client communication and issue resolution
* Financial oversight of assigned jobs

About You
* Qualified or highly experienced builder/carpenter or project manager (site experience essential)
* Strong understanding of trade sequencing and construction processes
* Good knowledge of building materials and ordering
* Comfortable working within budgets and timeframes
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with clients, trades, and team members
* Tech competent and able to learn new systems promptly
* Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
* Team-focused with strong time management skills
Insurance repair experience is advantageous but not essential.
