January **** Start | 6-Month Contract Change Manager
2-3 Days per week in office (Melbourne - Western Suburbs)
Change Manager is required for 6 months to join multiple key projects within our clients FY26 Delivery Roadmap.
Developing tailored change strategies and plans
Engaging stakeholders and identifying change champions
Providing ongoing reporting, risk updates, and communications
Designing and delivering staff training and education
Creating clear communication and training materials
You'll deliver end-to-end OCM support, including:

What we need:
Proven OCM experience
Ideally working within State or Local Government
You must be available for a Jan **** start
Strong communication skills
