Job Description
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the catering operations across 6 aged care facilities
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
* Coaching and further developing the team around you
* Ensure high standards of food quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission including accreditations
Desired Skills And Experience
Your background
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the contract catering or hospitality industry with multi-site exposure.
* Strong understanding of operational and financial management.
* Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
* Experience operating across multi-site delivery
* Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Chef qualification essential
