Are you passionate about working with children and creating an inclusive environment for all? Are you seeking a role that offers a fun environment, flexible hours, continuous support, and opportunities for personal and professional growth? Look no further!

At Yooralla, we invite you to embark on a journey where you can truly make a positive impact. Join our Kindergarten Inclusion Support Service (KISS) and become an integral part of our mission to support children with disabilities in choosing the lives they want to live. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the educator team to facilitate the inclusion of all children, including those with disabilities and/or complex medical needs, in their funded kindergarten program.

We have casual and part-time positions available. Shift times will vary but may occur between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Why Choose Yooralla? First of all, don't miss this chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to early childhood education in one of Melbourne's most beautiful regions. Join us and help shape the future of our youngest learners!

- Make meaningful connections and contribute to the local community. Enjoy rewarding and fun work where you can give back and provide inclusive programs that encourage and allow all children genuine opportunities to access and participate. How good would that feel for everyone involved?!
- You’ll have the support of like-minded teammates and a large, established organization. We will provide all necessary support, including safety, quality, and compliance training. Opportunities for career development are also available.
- We offer a competitive hourly salary. You might get paid more than you think, plus options for generous salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay and reduce taxable income.

There are more than four reasons to join us! Want to find out more?
