About the Role
This role is ideal for a Supply Chain graduate (or early-career coordinator) who wants hands-on experience at the centre of a fast-moving FMCG supply chain. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Planning Manager, you'll own the order-to-cash process and become the critical link between our customers and internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics/3PL, Sales and Finance). Your focus is lifting DIFOT (Delivery in-full, on-time) and delivering a smooth, proactive customer experience across local and export accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfilment
* Process customer orders in Dynamics 365 (D365) with high accuracy, from receipt through to invoice
* Coordinate with Logistics and 3PL partners to meet delivery windows
* Manage order adjustments and communicate changes or delays proactively
Customer Relationship Management
* Be the primary customer contact for local and export accounts
* Negotiate delivery dates when supply is constrained, balancing customer needs with operational capability
* Resolve complaints and claims (credits/returns) quickly and professionally
Inventory & IBP Support
* Monitor daily stock against open orders to prevent stock-outs
* Flag "abnormal demand" (orders materially over forecast) to the Supply Planner and support allocation decisions where required
* Identify shelf-life risks early and work with Sales to move short-dated stock through the right channels
Data Integrity
* Maintain accurate Customer and Item Master Data in D365 (addresses, contacts, lead times, etc.)
* Ensure reason codes for service failures are captured correctly to support IBP root-cause analysis
What We're Looking For
We're open to either:
* 1 to 2 years' experience in FMCG customer service / logistics coordination, or
* A Supply Chain / Logistics / Business graduate with strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn
You'll bring:
* Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
* Confidence communicating with customers and internal teams
* Calm, solutions-focused energy when things get busy

* Experience with D365 and/or Power BI is a bonus
How You'll Be Measured (Success Measures)
* Order entry accuracy > 98%
* Customer inquiries acknowledged within 4 hours
* Accurate DIFOT reporting and service failure coding
