Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role at Macquarie Technology Group. Lead end-to-end recruitment and champion an outstanding candidate experience across technology, telecommunications, and related functions.

The Opportunity

You are the face of Macquarie Technology Group for prospective candidates and new employees. Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across Operations, Sales, Technical and Customer Service at all levels. Support hiring activities for a core Business Unit and other Business Units during peak workloads. Participate in projects that enhance the EVP and external brand and build a talent pipeline.

This is a great opportunity for a self-driven, experienced technology or telecommunications recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience while leading internal recruitment projects.

You will be working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Your Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology or telecommunications roles.
- Experience recruiting for telecom or technology organizations.
- Strong behavioural interviewing and role analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide internal stakeholders from hiring managers to executives.
- Ability to assess cultural fit during the hiring process.
- Ability to headhunt high-quality passive candidates proactively.
- Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience providing regular recruitment reporting.
- Strong relationship building with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Adaptable in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
- Continuously updates knowledge of industry best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
