A full-time permanent position as a Servo Motor Technician within a well-established electric motor business. Located in the Southeastern Melbourne suburbs. for a Senior Motor Technician, Workshop Manager, Automation technician, or a Electronic Motor Specialist interested in the management of day-to-day operations and motor repairs within the workshop.

A normal day includes
* Engaging with clients for timely and high-quality service.
* Performing operations, maintenance/repair, and monitoring of systems.
* Diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding automation products.
* Communicating with customers, and offering price quotations.
* Improving workshop setups and testing equipment continuously.
* Ensuring the team maintains accurate diagnoses of products.
* Managing workshop progress and providing timely updates.
* Conducting annual employee performance reviews and wage increase recommendations.
* Providing diagnostic and technical support to technicians.
* Troubleshooting and repairing servo motors, drives, pneumatic and hydraulic devices, and PLC programming.
Work hours include: Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 4:00PM & Friday 7:00AM - 2:00PM with occasional weekend work.
