We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with flexible start times.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer support via phone, email and other channels. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our product development team to provide feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our products and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities and Goals
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and other channels;
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
* Working closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our products and services;
* Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role;
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
* The ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively;
* A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
