The Warehouse team at Loganholme is looking for a Supply Officer to join their busy professionals. We offer a supportive atmosphere, a team-focused environment, and an extensive education program to help you grow in your supply chain career.
Our centre has serviced hospitals across QLD and NT for over 12 years, providing logistical and supply requirements for all sites. This ensures the highest possible care and resources for every patient within our network.
We maintain a small but team-oriented group willing to perform all required roles with a patient focus to maintain best practice standards in inventory maintenance and transportation. Roles within the DC include picking, packing, receipting, driving, quality control, WH&S, inventory control, bulk stock/pallet management, data entry, and site communication. All performed by our dedicated team, with opportunities for advancement within the supply chain.
As a Supply Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with supply management for hospitals, including receiving, picking, receipting, and supply chain management
* Handling supply and hospital queries
* Performing general duties in our logistics area
* Engaging in hands-on physical work
* Working with urgency and efficiency
* Demonstrating good literacy and numeracy skills
* Proven time management and problem-solving abilities
* Working autonomously and in a team environment
* Experience with a computerized purchasing system (e.g., Technology One)
* Previous experience in a similar role (desired)
* Medical product knowledge (desired)
* MR / HR driving license (desired)
