The Company: A well- established organisation is searching for a Fund Accountant to join their team. This role will be working as part of An established team and will be on a 9 month contract role with a strong potential to go permanent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the month-end close for fund entities, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions, tax and cashflow reporting. Prepare and review fund NAVs, unit pricing, consolidations, and equity-accounted investments. Manage accounting for investments, foreign currency, debt, interest, hedging and covenant reporting. Support audits, tax compliance, GST lodgments, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Drive process improvements, support finance projects and systems, and meet key reporting deadlines. About You Preferably CA or CPA qualified Need 3-5 total years' experience within a similar role and an interest in hospitality. Real estate or private equity and fund management. Great verbal and written communication skills
