As a Clinical Specialist, you will be working closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for attending surgical procedures, providing expert technical support, and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc.
* Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.) and experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic surgeries is highly regarded
* Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
* Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
