A national Healthcare Equipment provider requires a Level 1/2 IT Support Analyst for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately, to be based onsite in Sydney's South-West. Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
* Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support to ~1,500 users, nationally.
* Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and bespoke applications.
* Assisting with IT-related projects.
* Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
* Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Procuring and provisioning IT hardware (laptops, mobile phones, monitors, etc).
* Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
* Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
* Experience with ManageEngine ITSM tool is advantageous.
* Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
