Kings Park Securities is a well‐established boutique investment and financial advisory firm based in Subiaco. We are seeking a motivated and detail‐oriented Client Service Officer to join our friendly, professional, and supportive team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with advisers, supporting high‐net‐worth clients, and building a long‐term career in financial services within a collaborative boutique environment.

The Role
Reporting to our Advisers, you will manage an allocation of workflow and play a key role in delivering a high‐quality client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and maintaining relationships with our high‐net‐worth client base
* Assisting advisers to consistently deliver high service standards
* Preparing and coordinating documentation for new and existing clients
* Managing the implementation of new business and strategic advice
* Maintaining accurate client data and records
* Liaising with professional networks including administration providers, accountants, insurers, and our Licensee
* Providing non‐advice related client service and support
* General administration and ad‐hoc technical research as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong service mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a professional approach.
You will ideally have:
* Previous client service experience (financial services experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a small, dedicated team
* High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
* A proactive, flexible, and solutions‐focused attitude
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including FIN365 and Copilot experience preferred
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience (highly regarded)
* A willingness to embrace technology and process improvements
