We're seeking a Lead Designer to join our team and spearhead the next evolution of our range.
What You'll Do
- A newly created role, you'll work closely with Managing Director, and Lead Architect, to deliver design excellence.
- Create and refresh product range
- Design and update facades, variations, and custom options to meet market and client needs.
- Collaborate with Sales & Design Consultants to translate customer feedback into tailored design solutions.
- Develop concept designs in Revit and take projects through to master stage.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated residential design experience including custom and premium residential homes.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- A hands-on Designer who thrives in a creative yet practical role.
- Ability to align with Thomas Archer's premium design language.
