SaaS Sales Executive – Financial Services Solutions

As a SaaS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and strategic account growth. Working closely with presales, customer success, and marketing teams, you'll engage with C-Level Executives and senior business leaders to deliver value-driven SaaS solutions tailored to their needs.
This is a high-impact role with clear growth pathways into senior enterprise sales or leadership for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business revenue across the financial services sector, targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging inbound leads.
* Conduct discovery sessions to uncover client challenges, position solutions, and create compelling value propositions.
* Partner with presales and solution consultants to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
* Lead commercial negotiations and close multi-year SaaS contracts.
* Develop and execute account plans to expand wallet share within existing clients.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity records in CRM.
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
We are looking for a driven sales professional with the hunger to succeed in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You're a hunter who thrives on building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing complex deals.
Ideal Profile:
* 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales (financial services experience strongly preferred).
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in mid-market or enterprise sales.
* Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder and solution selling.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives (CFO, CTO, COO, CRO).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with resilience, drive, and a growth mindset.
* Familiarity with financial services processes, compliance, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
