Are you an experienced Machine Operator who takes pride in safety, quality and keeping production moving? We're looking for a capable and reliable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing operations, working across production teams to operate machinery safely, efficiently and to specification.
These roles are critical to delivering consistent output, maintaining quality standards and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across our factory.
Available Shifts: Day - 5.00am to 1.00pm or 6.00am to 2.00pm or Afternoon - 1.00pm to 9.00pm.
What You'll Do
* Set up, operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to meet production requirements.
* Complete pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is safe and ready for use.
* Operate machinery in line with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
* Perform routine adjustments, basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks.
* Escalate mechanical or quality issues to supervisors or maintenance as required.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
* Maintain accurate production, quality and downtime records.
* Work closely with team members, supervisors and maintenance to meet daily targets.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and safe work practices.
* Strictly follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including correct use of best practice PPE.
What You'll Bring

* Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.

* Ability to work to production schedules and meet output targets.
* Basic computer skills for production and quality reporting.
Nice to Have but Not Essential
* Forklift or gantry crane licence.
* Experience across multiple production lines or machine types.
* Understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
* Formal manufacturing or trade-related qualifications.
* First Aid certification.
