Cater House Pty Ltd is a Catering/Hospitality company based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. We Operate Catering Services at Murrumbidgee Turf Club and operate café/restaurant called KAFE BLA9K. We have created menu for all types of functions/events and created an exciting dine-in experience for all our customers.
We mainly focus on offering exceptional and diverse menu for all types of events including farm weddings and corporate large events. We also offer a warm friendly casual dining experience with a contemporary café setting at Wagga Wagga.
Cater House is seeking applications from experienced and passionate chef to join our kitchen team at CAFÉ BLA9K to support our busy operation both in café and event space.
The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 1 years or plus experiences in a professional kitchen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
The ability to work in a rapid-paced atmosphere
Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
Competently cook breakfast, lunch and manage events and dinner services.
Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.
Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge to meet current market trend.
Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
Maintain high standards and lead by example
Key Qualifications & experience
Leadership, team management, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Cert IV in Kitchen Management or higher qualification in the similar stream is must.
