Working at a large-scale holiday village as part of the Maintenance & Grounds team requires individuals to be versatile and skilled in various aspects. The role encompasses a wide range of tasks that are critical to the smooth operation of the facility.
The successful applicant will possess a combination of skills and experience that complements and supports both the Maintenance & Grounds functions and the business as a whole. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the park's appearance to a high standard through regular cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of playgrounds, tennis courts, walkways, and front-of-house areas.
* Ensuring the upkeep of all external areas, including gardens, lawns, BBQs, and other outdoor facilities.
* Adhering strictly to and supporting WH&S objectives and systems to maintain a safe working environment.
* Coordinating waste disposal – domestic and commercial.
