SuccessFactors seems to be a hot topic at the moment, and my customer in Melbourne are looking to add a Lead Consultant to their team with deep expertise in Australian payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end ECP implementations
- Act as the SME for Australian statutory payroll requirements
- Drive workshops, solution design, configuration & testing cycles
- Collaborate across global delivery teams
- Influence integration across HCM & Finance (S/4HANA exposure ideal)
Experience:
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- 8-10 years of experience in Australian payroll implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and statutory compliance in Australia.
- Experience in integration with S/4HANA HCM and Finance modules.
