Global Sales Coordinator Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional sales teams and leverage existing knowledge to drive business growth.
* Support the administrative and sales efforts of the team by handling tasks that allow them to focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.
* Maintain data integrity, follow standard processes, and track sales performance consistently across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quote and Pricing Management:
o Oversee spot freight rate requests and ensure timely responses.
o Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for rate offers.
o Maintain accurate records and update regional quotation dashboards and monthly KPIs.
* Bid and Tender Administration :
o Provide support for bid platforms and ensure alignment with compliance/legal guidelines for bid responses.
* System and Reporting Support:
o Extract and consolidate reports from internal tools to inform business decisions.
o Maintain up-to-date data to support regional sales performance tracking.
* Contract Management :
o Upload customer contracts and related documents into the legal system for secure storage.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for administrative tasks and documentation.
