THE POSITION
* Stunning snowfield's location
* Fun, supportive team and a lively atmosphere
* Assist in the preparation, bulk cooking, and presentation of meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of group settings
* Cater for large school groups, corporate functions, and general day-to-day guests
* Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and allergen controls, especially when catering for children
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation in line with HACCP and internal guidelines
THE PERSON
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
* Food Safety Supervisor certification (highly regarded)
* Proven experience in bulk or high-volume cooking environments (service-ready and calm under pressure)
* Strong understanding of allergen management and dietary needs, particularly in settings involving children
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both junior and senior kitchen staff
* Passionate about fresh food with an eye for quality and presentation
* Ability to work nights, weekends & peak periods
* Reliability, good vibes, and a strong work ethic
