* Your remit will involve managing WHS activity across multiple site locations in QLD NSW, encompassing manufacturing operations, site installations and sales offices.
* You will provide support to the integration of safety into operational decision-making, identifying risks, eliminating hazards, and promoting a proactive approach to risk management.
This will include the management of safety metrics, conducting risk assessments, preparing safety reports, audits, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement.
You will work closely with stakeholders to integrate safety into operational strategies for enhanced efficiency and performance.
To succeed, you'll need to balance planning with hands-on execution, influencing at all levels to create a safety-first mindset that goes beyond regulations.
A background in manufacturing or engineering is highly desirable, and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.

Key Requirements
