About Oban Group
Oban Group is a Western Australian building maintenance, refurbishment and minor works contractor delivering services across residential, government and commercial portfolios. Due to continued growth across the South West region, we are expanding our delivery model through:
* Building an internal self-delivery team, and
* Strengthening our subcontractor network.
We are seeking experienced and reliable trades who are interested in either employment opportunities or subcontract arrangements.

Applicants must be willing to work across Bunbury and surrounding South West areas.
Internal Self-Delivery Roles (Employment)
Role Overview
You will deliver maintenance, refurbishment and minor works projects across residential and government housing portfolios. Works will range from reactive maintenance through to full internal refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver works in accordance with scope, drawings and specifications
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Supervisors
* Adhere to WHS requirements and Oban Group safety systems
* Maintain professional presentation and client interaction onsite
* Assist in coordinating materials and minor scheduling where required
Requirements
* Relevant trade qualification
* White Card
* Current driver's licence
* Strong safety focus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional communication skills

Scope of Works
* Department of Housing maintenance and upgrades
* Bathroom and kitchen refurbishments

Subcontractor Requirements
* ABN
* Relevant trade licence (where applicable)
* Public Liability Insurance
* Workers Compensation Insurance
* Ability to comply with WHS systems
* Capacity to respond within agreed timeframes
* Willingness to operate within structured work order and reporting systems
