To be successful in this position, you will require:
* Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* At least 5 years' experience in a senior contracts management role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of head and subcontract agreements, construction law, and procurement processes.
* Skilled in managing contract negotiations, claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
* Experience with contract compliance, financial controls, and reporting.
* Capable of reviewing scope documentation and overseeing the tendering process.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools.
