* Mill ingredients prior to blending where required, ensuring correct particle size and consistency.
* Operate blending equipment in accordance with SOPs to ensure uniform and compliant blends.
* Discharge, empty, and clean blenders following completion of each batch in line with GMP standards.
* Complete all required documentation, data entry, and sign-offs accurately and on time.
* Ensure all raw materials used are QC approved prior to formulation.
* Operate and check plant and equipment to ensure it is safe, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
* Identify and report equipment issues, and carry out routine maintenance where appropriate.
* Ensure machine guards and safety features are correctly in place at all times.
* Comply with all WHS, HACCP, GMP, and company quality standards.
* Return unused raw materials to stores in the prescribed and compliant manner.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and audit-ready work environment.
* Work effectively as part of the afternoon shift team while being capable of working unsupervised when required.
