KinderPark Early Learning is looking for a full-time Assistant Centre Manager to join our team in Hillman.
The role:
The Assistant Centre Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Centre Manager and together they lead and support our Co-workers, so that they consistently offer a safe and high-quality service to our families and children. Our Assistant Centre Managers demonstrate leadership, build trustful relationships with families, their team, and are committed to delivering business objectives - we value your opinion and input to our business.

* You have experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, or previous leadership experience and are ready for your next challenge
* You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Hold a current WWC, minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and other relevant qualifications
