We are require an experienced receptionist and lead for a small team. Come and join our very busy and dynamic podiatry clinic. This is a busy position and does not involve just sitting at a desk all day. You must be a can do person, and be able to multi task. Reception, shoes sales and ordering, sterilisation, and 'micro management' is required.
**Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Opening and closing business
- Meet and greet patients
- **A very busy phone**:
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- **Electronic management of patient and podiatrist appointments**:
- **Sterilisation of instruments**:
- **Patient billing using HICAPS, EFTPOS, DVA and Medicare**:
- PRODA experience beneficial
- Cleaning of clinic and office
- **Stock control**

- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Current Police Check required
- Available monday to wednesday at the Gympie podiatry clinic between 8am to 5.30pm. The position is for 3 days per week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
