We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on strategic General Manager – Commercial to lead our national sales, account management and commercial function, accelerate revenue growth, and build long-term client partnerships.
Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Team, this role is instrumental in defining Rauland’s go-to-market strategy and delivering long-term commercial success. With a strong focus on recurring revenue and client expansion, the General Manager – Commercial will drive high-value account growth, empower a national sales team, and ensure the continued leadership of our Concentric Care platform in the healthcare technology sector.

How would you contribute to our success?
* Design and execute Rauland’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth—particularly in recurring revenue streams like software licensing and service agreements.
* Lead national sales and account management teams, setting clear targets and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-first thinking.
* Build and expand key client relationships, ensuring strong retention, contract renewals, and value-based partnerships.
* Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and CRM performance, ensuring disciplined execution and commercial insight.
* Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing to align commercial plans with market opportunities.
* Represent Rauland in the market as a senior executive, building our presence and cultivating new partnerships.
* Contribute to strategic business planning and governance, shaping the future of Rauland as part of the Executive Team.
What we are looking for | What will make your application stand out?
* Proven track record in sales leadership, commercial strategy, and revenue growth across complex solution-based environments.
* Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams and account functions.
* Strong contract negotiation, key account management, and client engagement skills.
* Strong command of sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
* Experience in cross-functional leadership and executive-level strategic planning.
* Commercial acumen with strong risk management and governance capabilities.
* Exposure to the healthcare sector or enterprise software/technology sales (highly desirable).
* Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related discipline (preferred).
