**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced and driven **Account Manager** to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and internal departments, responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients across the product lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between customers, R&D, QA, production, and supply chain
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, including NPD (New Product Development) launches
- Provide accurate quoting, pricing updates, and product information
- Ensure timely order processing, product release, and issue resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TGA and GMP compliance relevant to product manufacturing
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support client business growth
**About You**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or customer service, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Understanding of GMP principles and regulatory requirements is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
