Pharmacy Rotation Officer Job Description
This role involves leading and overseeing clerkship/internship activities, community work programs, and clinical skills training within the Faculty of Pharmacy.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead clerkship/internship activities for undergraduate and graduate programs.
* Oversee community work programs in partnership with sites.
* Provide comprehensive clinical skills training to all students and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing quality, proposing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), maintaining communication with sites, and monitoring student attendance.
Key performance indicators include developing budget plans, conducting spot checks, updating logbooks, and evaluating clerkship activities. Additionally, the incumbent will address issues, conduct orientation, coordinate clinical training, identify gaps, and report to supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They should also have the ability to develop and implement effective training programs, enhance quality, and propose MoUs.
