The Contact Centre operates 24/7, requiring flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.


Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with members to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Assist with transactions, provide information, and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Bld relationships with members to help them achieve their long-term financial goals.
4. Educate members on how to make the most of digital banking tools to enhance their experience.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to meet business objectives.
