About The Opportunity
As Sales Manager you will lead the Ferrari Brisbane sales operation and ensure the brand is represented with the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and customer experience. You will oversee the complete Ferrari client journey from first engagement through to delivery and long term ownership, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusivity and prestige of the Ferrari marque. Ferrari does not simply sell cars. It creates lifelong relationships with its clients. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
* Leading the Ferrari sales team to deliver exceptional commercial performance
* Managing the full customer lifecycle including enquiry, consultation, order configuration and delivery
* Maintaining the highest Ferrari showroom and brand standards
* Developing and nurturing long term relationships with Ferrari clients and prospects
* Driving customer retention and engagement through curated events and ownership experiences
* Ensuring accurate management of client data, prospects and sales processes
* Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation
