Job Title: Transformation Leader
This role involves driving business transformation and improvement initiatives through the application of Agile and Waterfall methods, business analysis, and change management.
The successful candidate will lead complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives using PMBOK, Prince2, and/or Agile methodologies.
* Drive operational, process, and capability uplift projects.
* Form and guide cross-functional project teams.
* Manage risks, governance, and documentation across the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience leading projects for large-scale business change projects.
* Certified or experienced in PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
* Able to apply human-centred, lateral, and conceptual thinking.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
