Daily Mentor is looking for a Membership Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing global community.
This role is Melbourne-based and ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, interested in ecommerce and eager to learn. You will play a key role in ensuring our members have a smooth and well-managed experience inside our ecosystem.
You will be onboarded IRL at The Oodie office with our Melbourne team.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing member onboarding to our systems
* Supporting our 900+ Slack community (onboarding, access, navigation support)
* Uploading and organizing content inside of our Learning Management Systems
* Managing support emails via Gorgias and escalating when needed
* Sending member communications (broadcast messages, emails, notifications, event invites)
* Assisting with event management for our global member meet-ups
* Billing and admin (Stripe, Hubspot, Docusign)
What we're looking for:
* At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Service or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Slack, Discord or other community tools
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Coachable, proactive and willing to learn
Nice to have:
* Background or interest in e-commerce and AI
* Member or knowledge of online communities (FB groups, Discord)
* Experience supporting international member bases
* Be an early riser, covering our community from 7am - 3pm
