Key Responsibilities
* Conducting sales activities to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education.
* Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities and provide added value to customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
* Evolving into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
* Devise strategic business plans and monitor territories, sharing findings with Regional Managers.
* Addressing product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
* Presenting in operating theaters to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximize the use and application of products, providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as required.
* Overseeing maintenance of product inventory.
Requirements
* A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling connections with healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships.
