Account Management Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as the primary commercial contact for our largest regional account in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead account retention and growth strategies, promoting Travelport products to increase bookings and revenue.
* Manage long-term customer relationships, including contract renegotiations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships within the customer organization to support strategic growth.
* Identify new business opportunities and proactively address competitive threats.
* Align customer needs with Travelport's products and services to drive business expansion.
* Maintain accurate account plans, CRM pipeline, and performance tracking.
* Coordinate internal stakeholder engagement to support customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of B2B experience in the travel industry, with a degree or equivalent.
* Strong commercial and contract/customer management skills, as well as proven ability in account management and building client relationships.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
* Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
* Skilled in pipeline management, reporting, and sales tools.
* A strong understanding of Travelport's business model and financial acumen.
