ABOUT THE POSITION. We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects and manage a team of Junior Structural Engineers and Junior Drafters. The role involves overseeing structural designs in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete, steel, timber and masonry. You will lead residential, commercial and mixed-use projects from concept to completion, conducting regular site inspections, and coordinating with stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with builders, clients and key stakeholders Ensure all designs meet relevant standards and regulations Review and provide markups on structural drawings to ensure accuracy and quality Offer technical expertise throughout both the design and construction phrases Lead and deliver projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor of Structural or Civil Engineering or similar field Proficient in INDUCTA, RAPT, Space Gass, Ram Concept or similar software. Ability to manage and mentor a team of Structural Engineers and Structural Drafters Previous experience in Structural Engineering CULTURE.
