Why do we need you?The NA SSC Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the North America Finance SSC business processes and driving continuous improvement across the NA SSC organization. The Sr CI Analyst will analyze existing processes and data, identify inefficiencies, and evaluate potential improvements with measurable outcomes. This role supports the Director of CI in selecting, justifying, and advocating for process improvement investments aimed at productivity gains for the NA SSC activities, supporting both On-Shore and Off-Shore organizations. Your work will directly impact our organization's success by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Lead and manage improvement projects using proven project management skills, collaborating with onshore Continuous Improvement counterparts in the SSC and businesses, as well as offshore service delivery partners, to enhance operational performance.Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions, working with cross-functional teams including other onshore, shared service departments, function experts, and offshore partners.Create formal proposals for continuous improvement projects to key management levels to secure approval, including project updates, risks, and mitigation plans.Establish clear and well-articulated implementation plans with defined objectives, outcome indicators, and performance measures.Identify available resources (people, materials, finances) and secure employee commitment for proactive change management.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Create and maintain measurement tools to monitor performance and improvements in key metrics.Is this job for you?A BS in Business Administration and 7 to 12 years of CI experience in a large, complex international business, along with project management experience, are required.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated passion and proven experience in process improvement or similar roles, supporting financial accounting areas such as general accounting, accounts payable, or cash application.Professional certification (CPA, CMA, PMP) is a plus.Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; certification in Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a client service orientation.
