Ecommerce & Brand Coordinator (Part-Time)
Maison Elle is a premium Australian baby brand preparing for launch and we're looking for a highly organised Ecommerce & Brand Coordinator to join our growing business.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who loves ecommerce, social media, startups and building a brand from the ground up.
You will work directly with the founder across fulfilment, customer experience, content management and day‐to‐day operations.
Job Details
Location: Waterloo, Sydney
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week initially, with opportunity to increase as the business grows.
Start Date: Approximately 10 July 2026
Paid onboarding and training will take place over the coming weeks prior to commencement.
Responsibilities
* Manage Shopify orders and fulfilment
* Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
* Monitor inventory and stock levels
* Respond to customer emails and enquiries
* Schedule and upload content across Instagram and TikTok
* Manage comments, messages and community engagement
* Assist with influencer gifting and outreach
* Maintain spreadsheets and operational records
* Support the founder with day‐to‐day business administration
Requirements
* Previous Shopify experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Highly organised and proactive
* Comfortable working independently
* Confident using Canva, Google Workspace and spreadsheets
* Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
* Available to work across multiple days each week
Bonus Skills
* Klaviyo experience
* Basic SEO knowledge

* Marketing, business, ecommerce or digital media student/graduate
* Previous experience working with a Shopify brand
