What Will I Do?
For those considering a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operation including customer service, cashier duties, opening and closing, maintaining stock, staff supervision, and general cleaning.
For those interested in the Takeaway roles, you’ll oversee a commercial kitchen, staff and equipment and be responsible for short‑order meal preparation, opening and closing, menu development, and customer service.
What Experience Do I Need?
One (1) to three (3) years of similar work experience at Supervisor or Manager level desirable for Management positions.
Training is provided for all‑rounder and hospitality positions.
Previous experience working in remote locations such as a mining town or an outback store/roadhouse is desirable.
Versatile approach, positive attitude, and willingness to learn essential.
Strong organisational skills, punctuality, and accountability essential.
Relevant certificates or robust depth of relevant work experience.
