About the Role

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with exceptional service.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* Technical Skills: You must have strong technical skills, including knowledge of cabling installation and fault diagnosis.
