The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our Head Office team in Perth. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides both strategic and operational HR leadership across the AUS group of companies. You will play a key role in strengthening our culture, supporting leaders and ensuring our people experience reflects the professionalism and care that define AUS. This is an opportunity to shape HR strategy while remaining hands‐on in delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement HR initiatives aligned with organisational strategy and values
* Provide advice on employment law, Modern Awards, performance management and workforce compliance
* Oversee HR governance, policies, systems and reporting
* Manage workers' compensation and return to work processes
* Support leaders in performance, engagement and development initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement across HR practices and employee experience
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a generalist or HR leadership role
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations
* Confident advising senior leaders and managing complex people matters
* A collaborative and grounded communicator who builds trust across all levels
* Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
